盆腔充血综合征静脉栓塞治疗结果的判定 判定标准 1. 技术成功，定义尚没有精确的定义。是否栓塞包括双侧卵巢静脉或髂内静脉的4支静脉为成功栓塞？ 2. 临床成功，主要是慢性盆腔疼痛的症状是否缓解。 （1）下午开始的盆腔偏侧的“胀痛”，“搏动性疼痛”，“钝痛” （2）站立后加重 （3）行经期加重 （4）性交痛 临床成功判定标准 疼痛强度评分Wong-Baker脸：对婴儿或无法交流的病人用前述方法进行疼痛评估可能比较困难。可通过画有不同面部表情的图画评分法来评估：无痛、有点痛、稍痛、更痛、很痛、最痛。 
视觉模拟法(VAS划线法)
无痛/剧痛之间划一条长线(一般长为100mm)，线上不作标记、数字或词语，以免影响评估结果。一端代表无痛，另一端代表剧痛，让患者在线上最能反应自己疼痛程度之处划一交叉线。
