1. 创伤性乳糜渗出 Traumatic chylous effusion
1）乳糜胸水 Chylothorax due to thoracic duct injury.
2）乳糜腹水 Abdominal lymphorrhea due to lymph node dissection and injury of hepatic lymphatics in the hepatoduodenal ligament.
乳糜渗出在保守治疗失败后，最近提倡早期干预。After conservative treatments failed, early intervention has been advocated recently.
2. 非创伤性乳糜渗出 Nontraumatic chylous effusion
