肺切除（Pneumonetomy） 肺叶切除（Lobectomy） 肺楔形切除（wedge resection） 电视辅助胸腔镜手术（video-assisted thoracic surgery, VATS） 肺癌的外科切除是早期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC，占肺癌的80%）标准的治疗。I 期肺癌，外科手术切除后5年总体生存率60-80%，II期为40-50%。因为诊断时，绝大多数小细胞肺癌（SCLC）并不适合手术切除。病人如果有合并症，外科切除肺癌并非适应症，或相对禁忌症，这往往导致围手术期的并发症和死亡【1,2】。
