适应症【1,2】：
1. 年龄＞50岁 3. IPSS＞18 和/或 QoL≥4 或 急性尿潴留 4. Qmax ＜12ml sec 5. 前列腺容积＞40ml
6. 性功能障碍或接受前列腺动脉栓塞可致性功能障碍
禁忌症【1,2】： 1. 恶性病变 2. 严重的动脉硬化病变（包括髂和前列腺动脉过度迂曲）-术前进行CTA 3. 逼尿肌功能障碍（Detrusor failure） 4. 大的膀胱憩室或结石 5. 神经性膀胱
6. 尿道狭窄
