适应症：

•  不可切除原发食道癌阻塞
•  恶性病变外压阻塞
•  急性或未来食道各种瘘
•  胃食管吻合口瘘
•  术后复发
•  放化疗禁忌
   

禁忌症：

•   综合治疗相对可治愈的病变
•   肿瘤或狭窄距离近端食道括约肌2cm之内
•   不能纠正的凝血障碍
•   潜在或显著的气道压迫
•   最近（3~6周内）高剂量的同步放化疗
•   终末期患者预期生命有限
