      良性狭窄扩张的适应症取决于肠道显著的功能损伤或超越狭窄本身的情况如狭窄的类型，狭窄的部位和围手术期的情况。

       良性结肠狭窄最常应用的治疗是球囊扩张[1]，如果需要时进行外科手术[2，3]。
