        有许多关于下肢动脉阻塞性疾病的治疗指南，其中最重要的是：泛大西洋学会联盟工作组（Transatlantic Inter-Society Consensus Working Group，TASC)  指南II [1~3]，和ACC/AHA指南[4]。

        TASC分型，根据选择动脉病变的特点制定治疗方案。随着技术，器械进步，采用许多学者的意见，2007年对原TASC分型[6]进行了修改，主要是扩大了血管内治疗的适应症。

        外科被视为治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的“金标准”[1,5]。但术后并发症，患者对外科手术的承受能力，自体血管移植物选择有限，远端流出道不佳等原因限制和影响了外科血管重建手术的实施。
