Cordis Enterprise stent 颅内血管支架技术近年来取得了快速进展,发表了大量的病例报告、病例系列以及随机试验的结果。颅内血管支架不仅仅用于神经血管的慢性或急性再通,而且也广泛应用于颅内宽颈动脉瘤等具有挑战性病例的治疗。半开环设计的自膨式镍钛合

 

        颅内血管支架技术近年来取得了快速进展,发表了大量的病例报告、病例系列以及随机试验的结果。颅内血管支架不仅仅用于神经血管的慢性或急性再通,而且也广泛应用于颅内宽颈动脉瘤等具有挑战性病例的治疗。半开环设计的自膨式镍钛合金支架目前用于颅内闭塞性血管疾病,另一种新的可回收闭环式支架广泛用于动脉瘤,其优点在于可以通过微导管进行输送释放,从而更好克服头颈部以及颅内血管的弯曲径路。

        新型自膨胀闭合网孔支架Enterprise的特点是其闭合的网孔。已被引入中国。随着这种可回收的支撑架引进,支撑架辅助技术已经得到改进。早期结果显示,这种支撑架可以治疗复杂性、宽颈、梭形或夹层动脉瘤[1~3]。大样本报告(142个动脉瘤)并发症为2.8%,死亡率为2%[4],尽管密切随访显示动脉瘤延时再通,和支撑架移位[5]。血栓栓塞事件和支撑架内血栓形成仍然是非常重要的问题,尤其是在氯吡格雷抵抗的病人进行支撑架治疗[6]。血小板功能的POCT(Point-care Testing,床边体外诊断试验或床边检验,即在靠近病人的地方在极短的时间内以混合型实验室的形式获得准确测量结果的装置与仪器)是修改抗血小板治疗方案可行方法[7]。
