结肠癌(Colorectal，CRC）是世界上最常见的胃肠道肿瘤，在最常见的肿瘤中排第三位[1]。 比较西方国家，CRC在亚洲一直以来被认为少见[2,3]。但是，最近的研究显示日本，韩国和香港CRC不仅发病率高而且在人口中有增加的趋势。以前的研究显示饮食习惯和区域分布比种族与CRC的关系更密切[7~9]。中国的CRC发病率低于西方国家，但近年来有上升趋势[10，11]。有些研究已经报告了中国结肠癌变化的特征[12,13]。 2.Parkin DM, Bray F, Ferlay J, Pisani P.
